I hope you all have a restful Easter and come back raring to go in the final few weeks before the exam. Here are the notes from todays final lesson on Sub Cultures - make sure you have read them and added them to your revision in your books.

Remember your homework;

In your pairs you need to research and add information about your subculture.

Try and find out the following research:

- When was the subculture popular (Time Period)
- What did the subculture entail (What did they do? How did you 'join')
- Was there any specific language or dress code
- What was their representation in the media (find examples if possible)
- Are there any similar subcultures today?

Read through ‘the cost of making a Hollywood film’.

Highlight and annotate the following:

•Any references to examples of costing

•Reference to breakdown of costing – what does it get spent on and how much?
